3. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days depending on your location and courier processing times.
Shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and TheAyatVault cannot be held liable for such delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate before placing an order. TheAyatVault is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
In the event of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking and updates, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition
- The item includes original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective.
5. Liability
TheAyatVault is not liable for any:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper care or misuse
- Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, sweat, or other environmental factors
TheAyatVault is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper product use, or damage caused by external factors.
6. Jewelry Care
To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewelry, proper care is recommended.
Customers should avoid exposing jewelry to:
- Water (including swimming pools and saltwater)
- Sweat, lotions, and oils
- Perfumes and harsh chemicals
- Prolonged direct sunlight
After wearing your jewelry, we recommend gently cleaning it using the care cloth provided before storing it.
Customers are responsible for following proper care practices to maintain the condition of their jewelry.
7. Payment & Security
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, and other approved payment methods.
Customer payment details are not stored by TheAyatVault.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect transactions, but we cannot guarantee protection against all third-party breaches.
8. Limitation of Liability
TheAyatVault is not responsible for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost shipments
- Courier delays
- Allergic reactions
- Damage caused by improper use
We do not guarantee the lifespan of products, as durability depends on individual usage and care.
Customers agree to purchase and use our products at their own discretion and risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place within South Africa under applicable law.
